As you enter the Memorare Center, you may have noticed artwork above the 2nd door entrance.  One of our members, Louise Udovich, painted that beautiful image of Mary, wrapping her mantle of love over this place.  We pray that as people enter this campus as well as this building we call the Memorare Center they may know the love of God and the love of Mary in their lives.

Recently, another image was added to the entryway.  As you sit and wait on the church pew (which happens to be from the front pew of the church when it was in the gym), you can pray the Memorare Prayer.  While many people know the prayer by heart, so many people don’t know the prayer.  As you enter this place, stop, take a moment and pray this beautiful prayer to Mary.  We have an awesome opportunity to fly to her protection, to be aided by her love.  All we need to do is reach out.  She is one of the greatest friends we have in this journey of life.  Give her permission to befriend you this month of May and always.

This month, remember there are two times a week that St. Francis de Sales offers the Rosary.  Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday morning right after 8:15 a.m. Mass.  In a providential way, Reconciliation happens to be offered during these times as well.  Strive to make the Rosary a priority this month of May.  While praying in community is beautiful, I encourage all of you to pray the Rosary daily this month of May.  Let’s make a commitment to praying for ourselves and others on a deeper level.  The Rosary is a great way to make this possible in our lives.
